When you have a craving, grab a bottle of water and drink. Chances are you're mostly thirsty. If your craving is still there, try to do something else so that your mind will drift away from that desire to cheat. Clean, do a short workout session, have a shower, call a friend, go for a walk, play an online game, you name it. If you crave something sugary, grab some fruit and make a yummy fruit salad. Healthy and super sweet!
