I stopped eating cereal when I started dieting, but this stuff is great. It's filling and low-cal, and a serving has 10 g of protein. One serving, a banana and a half cup of nonfat milk is 236 calories and keeps me full until lunch! Plus it satisfies my craving for crunchy stuff.

Archer Farms (Target) High Protein Cinnamon Cereal
Before I started counting calories, I ate cereal like crazy! One thing I learned - no matter what kind of cereal you get, you typically receive very little nutrition. However, I recently discovered Archer Farms High Protein Cinnamon cereal. It has 180 calories per 3/4 cup, yet 15 grams of protein! The most I have found in a cereal. And it's darn tasty.
I keep a box of kid's cereal (fruity pebbles/lucky charms/fruit loops) and have a serving with skim milk when I crave a sweet. I get a "real" sweet, plus healthy skim milk without killing my daily calorie goal. Craving satisfied + protein and calcium. If you can find a cereal with fiber, even better.
