Too often you focus on cleaning and decluttering your house. I challenge you to start with your bedroom. I didn't but now that I see the results I wish I would have. Sleep and relaxation in a clean clutter free bedroom in definitely increased. Then your day will be much more productive.

    I can totally think you are right. I have been working on keeping my room neat. It definitely makes it more peaceful.

    This just sounds RIGHT to me. Today I took out a non-working heater and put it in the trash. My bedroom isn't awful, but it could be better. I since I belong to the "I Need Sleep" team, it's probably even more important. Thanks! emoticon
