Too often you focus on cleaning and decluttering your house. I challenge you to start with your bedroom. I didn't but now that I see the results I wish I would have. Sleep and relaxation in a clean clutter free bedroom in definitely increased. Then your day will be much more productive.

Sometimes during an early morning workout my mind starts to wander to all the things I need to do, and I start feeling exhausted, then I remind myself that because I am working out when I normally would be asleep, I am actually accomplishing more that I could imagine! Stay Positive!
The 'secret' is to put yourself first, to be in the moment and make your workout count. You deserve to invest this time into yourself, and letting your mind wander to the stresses of a day that hasn't even started saps you of your strength, Do yourself a favor, and put yourself first every day.
