I have found that listening to you body and eating only when your hungry and then stopping when the hunger is gone is the best way to loose weight despite the amount of calories you are suppose to take in. as long as all the food you eat is very healthy and whole. No junk food.
There is nothing more important than taking care of yourself, taking care of your body is not just about working out and eating right. It's taking the time out to get better if sick and most importantly having 'YOU' time.
It's true. The times I take to prep all my veggies after I get home from the store & before they get put away, the more I am apt to cook with them or snack from them because it takes less time when I want to cook or eat. Takes just a bit of time at first but pays off BIG later....104
