Eating On A Schedule Is Really Helping Me Stay Focused!



Even though I'm new to this, I found that eating at regular intervals through the day is helping a lot! I try to eat every 2-3 hours. I eat 3 regular meals and 3 snacks. I never get too hungry and my energy stays up! Hope this can help someone!

  • I agree, I plan my food first thing in the morning and then I know when and what I am going to eat next. Takes the guess work out and I know I am in my calorie and nutritional ranges as well. - by SLIGHTLYBRAINY
