I am trying to sit taller and hold in my stomach while sitting at my work desk. Just a little way to incorporate some exercise throughout the day.

I try to focused on my posture during the day. I have a terrible habit of slouching. But I have always heard that if you have good posture, it helps your back and your stomach stay strong.

Just a little more walking
I have started finding little ways to get more exercise even during daily tasks. For instance, when I have errands to run, I park a little farther from the building which gives me some walking exercise. These little distance can add up, and it makes me feel successful even when I feel i am too busy to fit in an exercise at home or in the gym.
