I have started finding little ways to get more exercise even during daily tasks. For instance, when I have errands to run, I park a little farther from the building which gives me some walking exercise. These little distance can add up, and it makes me feel successful even when I feel i am too busy to fit in an exercise at home or in the gym.
Keeping a healthy lifestyle is one of the best ways to stay positive. Try exercising at least three times a week for around half an hour. Exercise is medically proven to affect your mood and to help reduce stress. The more you do it, the longer lasting the effect will be. A healthy diet is also completely essential – a healthy mind is definitely linked to a healthy body.
