I know what each little circle means so I don't need to write the details down.

MORE INFORMATION:
I make a new note each day, keep it in my wallet, and fill in the circles as I go. It's very discreet and sticking to my stickie all day makes me feel good!

    I love this idea. I agree with the others a complete food diary is hard to keep but this you can just check off everyday - I love it - thanks!

    I am new to this and I have never been able to keep a food diary , but this sounds simple enough that even i can do it thanks for the info
