Sometimes there are not enough minutes in the day so to get a little done without taking anytime, I use some "shower time" in the shower i do wall push- ups and some wall crunches at the beginning of the shower. Its not a lot but ever little bit helps...

I save the cardboard tubes from toilet paper and put a underpant in each one. This keeps my drawer looking tidy and when looking for a special color or slip I find it right away by glancing in the tube.
