It's awesome stuff. We cook without oil. We still get our fats in food but not all the added oil. We fry eggs and even pancakes without adding any oil at all. We 'season' it maybe once a month. You don't wash it with soap and it cleans up so slick in just a minute or 2. Food tastes better too!
