Don't take a day off from exercising in some way, even if it's for a few minutes.

More Information:

I tend to miss too many extra days when I take a day off due to laziness. So, now I get on my bike even if for 15 minutes.

  • Very true. There's been times where I think I'll just take today off. The next thing I know 3 weeks has passed! If I truly don't have time for a lengthy workout, I'll at least go for a walk. The other day I had to stop at the local mall, so I did a lap (which is .6 miles) then went to the stores I needed to visit. - by KELLYPAQ

  • This is so true, it seems like when you take a break for a couple days it is so much harder to get back into the swing of things. And although you should never over work your body, I do believe that staying active everyday makes the days you go harder that much easier. Great tip!! - by CRYSSD85
