Tea Time...All The Time! (or Just Sometimes If You Want)

When I get the urge to emotionally eat, I make a big mug of tea with 2 packets of Splenda. 5 REASONS WHY IT WORKS! 1) It warms you up, which is great for the cooler weather; 2) It's an easy way to up your water intake if you get bored with plain water; 3) Good alternative to caffeine-laden coffee; 4) There's so much flavors of tea, it tastes like a mini-treat; 5) NO CALORIES (or if you use 2 tsp of sugar or honey instead, that's still less than 50 calories!)

    It is the time of year that I enjoy a warm cup of tea in the winter. I enjoy a loose pack in the tea ball and no sweetner. Straight up.
