When I get the urge to emotionally eat, I make a big mug of tea with 2 packets of Splenda. 5 REASONS WHY IT WORKS! 1) It warms you up, which is great for the cooler weather; 2) It's an easy way to up your water intake if you get bored with plain water; 3) Good alternative to caffeine-laden coffee; 4) There's so much flavors of tea, it tastes like a mini-treat; 5) NO CALORIES (or if you use 2 tsp of sugar or honey instead, that's still less than 50 calories!)

Bottled tea can have twice as much siugar as a soft drink! Brewed Green Tea has beneficial compounds, if you drink bottled tea look for one primarily from brewed tea and not tea extracts or concentrates. I brew 12 cups up in my coffee pot, pour into a container & add ice and sometimes lemon slices. Ready to drink all day long. Sometimes I use Chamoile Tea as it soothes my nerves and has a nice taste too! Great hydrater.
