Wearing it all my waking time and keeping track daily on a calendar makes me move more than I used to. I try to do more walking on days that I can. It has helped me from being sedentary to much more active.

I thought I was "active" until I wore a pedometer. Wearing a pedometer keeps exercise top of mind and helps me make little decisions that add up: parking further away, etc. I look for any excuse to walk more!
