Don't spend so much time sitting at the computer just chatting on your teams that you don't have time to exercise or eat right. Cut out the Spark teams you have nothing in common with and keep the ones who motivate you and that you motivate. Limit your sitting at the computer time that way.

    emoticon point. I'm on summer break and am often stunned at how time has just slipped away while I've been chasing SparkPoints. (I like to give gifts but I think I'll give a gift of better spent time to myself.)

    I very much agree with this idea. I dropped out of several teams, and have stopped trying to earn every last point possible. It is just too much time spent on the computer.
