I have found that a smile goes a long way. Want to go the extra mile? Add a cheerful greeting or say something nice. Take just an extra 10 seconds to ask somebody how their day is going (look them in the eye and mean it!). Not only does it make them feel good, but it will make you feel good for the rest of the day! I am fortunate to have an exercise bike right in my home office. I hop on the bike and complete my SparkCoach program each morning. It's definite motivation to go that extra mile. Its possible to spend tons of time in the Community section ithout even realizing how long you have biked.
