  • This makes me think of every race I did this year, from 5ks, 5 milers , half, full, and an ultra.....in every race I had someone in their 60 s and 70s smoke me ....im 42....I get so proud of them when i read the results and see a 71 yr old ran a 21 minute 5k.....this isn't easy for the average 20 yr old ....way to go I hope someday I can run with them....... - by NVRDWN88
