4# Dumbbells for upper body excercise while watching Biggest Loser (or any other Favorite Show)
I have started using dumbbells while watching TV. It only is upper body, but useful in stretching shoulders and arms, and useful in low-stress, lots of repititions. And if I do it while watching TV, I feel still relaxing and enjoying my evening, while getting low impact workout. Works for me!!

While watching tv when the adverts come on get up and do a minute of lunges, squats, press ups. Do this only during the breaks and the minutes will soon add up. If you spend 3 hours watching tv with 4 ad breaks an hour you've done 12 mins of excercise
This gets you moving and is sustainable. If you do short bursts it's better than nothing at all and soon you'll actually feel like exercising
