Watching Tv--Excercise Some While Relaxing

4# Dumbbells for upper body excercise while watching Biggest Loser (or any other Favorite Show)

MORE INFORMATION:
I have started using dumbbells while watching TV. It only is upper body, but useful in stretching shoulders and arms, and useful in low-stress, lots of repititions. And if I do it while watching TV, I feel still relaxing and enjoying my evening, while getting low impact workout. Works for me!!

    Brilliant idea. Now that the evenings are drawing in ( emoticon ) we'll be indoors again before 10pm, which is how long I tend to stay working in our huge garden. I can catch up on loads and loads of recorded programmes AND exercise if I don't fast forward through the commercial breaks. Hurrah!

    I also make a habit of sitting on the floor and stretching which often leads to doing crunches or leg lifts while watching TV. Sometimes I'll sit on the stability ball too and get some excercise in.
