Using The Nutrition Tracker When Eating Out

When I know ahead of time I am going to eat out and the restaurant I am going to, I look up that restaurant online and look for healthy options. If they have nutritional information available online I add it to the nutrition tracker. That way when I go out I know what I want and it is already tracked and I don't have to worry about what to get to stay in my calorie range. I can then focus on having a good time and enjoying my meal. emoticon
