I love Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal but it is 160 calories per package and I can eat two with no problem. So, I found a solution and still get my sugar fix! I make regular Quick Oats for 150 calores for a half a cup, squeze in a tbsp of honey, and top with a packet of Truvia sweetner. I have been eating this every day for about 2 weeks. It really curbs my sweet tooth without blowing all the calories and I can make it until lunch without a snack.
I usually stir up the Truvia once I sprinkle it on top so the sugar flavor is throughout the oatmeal.

I make big batches of Oatmeal for the whole week. I boil 4 cups of water while soaking 2 cups of Oatmeal in water. When the water starts to boil, I put the soaked oatmeal in the boiling water, turn down the heat and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then I have ready oatmeal anytime I need some .
