Before I go out to lunch or dinner, I check the restaurant's site for nutritional information so I know what I should and shouldn't eat before I leave home. If they don't list nutritional information on their website, I don't eat there!

Dining out when trying to eat healthy doesn't have to be scary or a disaster. If the restaurant is a chain, check online before going out & you can read the nutritional info & select your food prior to going so you aren't tempted by all the pix on the menu. Also if you tell the waitress how you want your food prepared, they will be more than happy to check with the cook. Remember they work for YOU. The customer is always right!!
We all have our favorite restaurants so check out their websites for nutritional info before dining! Sweet Tomatoes shocked me when I actually checked them out. So much for "thinking" I was being good! It will save much headache and will leave you feeling better about your choices in the end! 4
Most restaurants have all their nutritional info posted on their web sites. before you go out to eat check the nutritional info first so you already know what you're going to order. Once you're there resist temptation by having the waiter remove the dessert menu from the table.
make a list of good choices from all your favorite restaurants to keep in your wallet or purse. when in doubt grilled is better then fried, red sauce is better then white, dressing on the side, and pick items that are heavy on the veggies.
