When doing exercises, do things you find that are fun. Dance, play at the playground, ski, swim, and so on. By doing something fun it takes the work out of exercise.
Doing something fun will keep you motivated, especially when you get results! On our Spark team the Amazing Race Fans, we ran a virtual race around the world via our fitness minutes and by eating fruits & veggies and drinking water. It has been a big success and we are doing it again in July. Contact me if you would like to join in for our next race.
