I just discovered FREE downloadable podcasts on iTunes. I now suscribe to 5 different nutrition/fitneess podcasts. I listen to these on the treadmill - it keeps me from getting bored and I am getting some helpful and motivational information at the same time. Awesome!!

I like to listen to "This American Life" on NPR. I let myself listen to it when I'm exercising and no other time. When I listen to this podcast, or another one, I don't want to stop exercising until it's done so I get in a full hour workout. 30
Listening to podcasts while exercising makes the time go by quickly and you can learn something at the same time.
I love filling up my Ipod with my favorite podcasts and going for a long walk. Pretty much any topic you have interest in there is a podcast for. I get mine through the Itunes home page.
