Tennis balls & your dryer

To decrease drying time and fluff clothes use tennis balls from the Dollar Store.

MORE INFORMATION:
I use 2 tennis balls in the dryer. This helps to fluff the clothes as well as decrease the drying time. Get the tennis balls from the Dollar store, saves money over those "real" dryer balls. Also helps to save on your energy bills.

Keeping portions right when unable to weigh food

When going on holiday I have made cardboard shapes to represent a matchbox (for cheese portions), a deck of cards (protein portions), the diameter or a tennis ball to remind me that a cup is the size of a tennis ball, and the diameter of a golf ball to remind me that half a cup is the size of a golf ball. Helps me to guess more accurately when I can't weigh.
