We add a Tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses to our snack . Depending on the brand-We can get 75% of daily needs with 1 Tablespoonful!(House Of Herbs brand)

    How do you add the molasses to your snack? I need the iron, have molasses, but usually only add it to bran muffins, bread or beans!

    I know about this and know that I need my iron, but don't always remember to take the molasses... thanks for the reminder!!
