I work in a cube and get little movement from my job. Each time I need to use the bathroom I take the stairs from the 5th floor to the first, then back up.
Just that little bit of movement adds a lot of steps to my day and jump starts my brain again with increased oxygen.

That's fabulous! I like to take the stairs too, but sometimes it's hard to find them. I'm going to try to look for them, for that oxygen boost to the brain.

I do the same thing, go to the bathroom that is upstairs (300 steps away from my office according to my pedometer). The twist I add is to try to consume 6 of my 8 glasses of water a day while I am at work so I have to make more trips:)
