I sit down in front of my computer or the TV, and I automatically want to munch! I realize it's because I'm watching something and being inactive, and I want to keep my hands busy, so I drag my nail box out, and start soaking, filing, shaping, and polishing. If you take your time, this could last an hour, and you'll have the best looking hands EVER. It's all about pampering, and spending time with yourself mindfully, and not stuffing your face mindlessly.
Even if you're not into wearing makeup or nail polish, try using a clear polish, your hands will still appreciate the attention!
Nothing keeps my hands busier than participating in a really strong team. -- Visiting members' pages, leaving comments, completing challenges, reading blogs, and participating in discussions gives me the support I need to make it through the day -- plus my occupied hands stay out of the chip bag!

I do well all day long with keeping my meals on track, but evenings are a challenge. I've learned if I make some hot tea (herbal or different flavors) and sip it while keeping my hands busy with some type of craft (I love to knit), it really helps me not snack all evening and "blow " my efforts for the day.
