I have made playlists on my ipod specific to my tasks. I have "take a walk" which has mostly instrumental rhythmic music which keeps my stride steady (and keeps me from singing out loud in public). I have "bicycling" which has opera because those arias keep me enthused to peddle. Lastly, I have "Clean the house" which contains hard core heavy rock that gets the job done in half the time (and I can sing to my hearts content while vacuuming). Find your groove!

When I began exercising, there were so many programs I wanted to try! We'd go broke purchasing every single workout DVD out there, right? So, instead of buying them, I get them free on YouTube. Although not every program is there, you can find several popular ones including: Zumba, Leslie Sansone, Denise Austin, Tae-Bo, P90X, The Tracy Anderson Method, Insanity... You can also do what I did, create a personalized playlist of the videos you like best for a customized, FREE workout! 357
You can check out one of my personal playlists for ideas.
