Make flexible ice packs that will shape around body parts by mixing 2/3 water and 1/3 isopropyl alcohol in heavy duty freezer bags. Place in freezer between uses. The alcohol prevents the water from freezing solid leaving it in a more 'squishy' and flexible state. I always have a few of these in my freezer for injuries or post workout icing.
freezing food helps us to eat a little lessand I use less space in the freezer.Having an extra freezer helps to do this.

I cook up a large batch of vege's usually rice and put it in a large freezer bag.I then flatten the bag so the vege's(rice) is a thin layer,that way I can break off just the right amount that I need and it takes up less room in the freezer.
