I got this tip from a fellow SP friend! Put your salad ingredients in a bag, pour your dressing, salsa, sauce, etc. into the bag and shake! This will allow your entire salad to have dressing on it. :-)

I dislike light salad dressing so when I order a salad, I always get regular Italian dressing on the side. When it comes in those little plastic cups, instead of shaking the cup to combine the oil and the flavorings, I open it and pour off as much oil as possible. Then I shake to combine what is left. This gives me more flavor per bite and less oil.
Put all of your salad ingredients except the dressing in a plastic bag. Measure your dressing, pour into bag, seal, and shake. When you seal the bag don't remove all the air so there is room for the salad to mix. Smaller amounts of dressing can be used because it is dispersed evenly through the salad.
