Fold one, 10 jumping jacks, fold one, 10 arm curls, fold one, you get the picture. Sometimes it gets me motivated to do something more sustaine - but at least it breaks the monotony of both folding clothes and working out.
When I am folding clothes I walk in place, I take each thing as folded and put it away, not a stack individually. It gets the job done and really doesnt take much longer but I get lots of steps and walking in doing it.
