Vitatops And Vitabrownies...
Yum! Yum!

This Sparked Me!

VitaTops and VitaBrownies are delicious treats that are 100 calories each and 2 grams of fat. They have 50% of many vitamins and minerals. The VitaTops are like muffin tops and they come in several flavors. (Deep Velvety Chocolate & Banana Nut are my faves.) The VitaBrownie...well, it's a little brownie. They're not very sweet, but they satisfy. They're found in the freezer section where natural/organic foods are and are available in most chain grocery stores.

I enjoy VitaTops, VitaMuffins and VitaBrownies. I purchase these products online, along with a variety of the mixes (I also bought 2 muffin top baking pans, so I can make my own muffin "tops" as well as regular muffins).

Yes they are tasty and expensive. If you do any baking, you can buy the vitamuffin mix and make a dozen at a time. Much more cost effective.

Yes, these are expensive (unfortunately) but SO DELICIOUS! I don't know why more companies don't make products like this.

If you live near Costco you can get a big box of deep chocolate - I can't remember the exact price, but much cheaper than buying the 4 per box.
My 5 year old even loves these and takes them for his snack at school.

i would gladly pay the price to try them, as i have heard good things about them, i am going to have to ask the manager of my walmart store why they do not keep them, or other groceries in the area, i have never seen them in the stores, except on one occasion i did see the corn muffin tops, i hope my stores will start keeping them.

I am in LOVE with vita tops!! They are a bit pricey, but soooo worth it!
MSPOOH404 10/4/2010 8:09:00 AM

I have paid $4.69 and $4.99 at my local grocery store for VitaTops and VitaBrownies, respectively. That's $1.17 and $1.25 each. I know I've spent more than $1.25 for a brownies, muffins, and other unhealthy treats regularly (like Starbucks Coffee and Cold Stone Creamery ice cream!), so $1.25 for something that's better for me doesn't seem that bad to me. And as I have these as treats, I probably have 1 or 2 a week...I know I used to spend more than $2.50 on junk easily.

And thanks for the tip about the mix! If that's more economical, I'll have to try that!

Pretty expensive for only 4 in a box!
