I was having a hard time with exercise so I decided to only make a short term goal. My goal was to walk for one hour on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I did. It didn't seem so horrible as committing to getting on the treadmill 4 times per week every week. Just one day at a time!
I was having a very hard time finding time to workout with working full time and school 30 hours a week. .. I am getting up at 5am and getting to the gym by 5:30am...I have plenty of time to take a shower, curl my hair and make a healthy lunch!!
