Create 300 calorie breakfast & lunch meals. Three to four selections for each meal takes away complicated calorie counting. Dinner 500 calories and pre selected are good. Record calories before dinner. Calories left after dinner are snacks that are a blessing for night hunger.
It is so easy to say Oatmeal today, Bagel today or sandwich today, soup today or salad today. Dinner not many calories guess it will be a salad. Recording still allows me a way to steal dinner calories and call them snacks. My own way of getting a snack at the end of the night. Positive wt loss....
