Even when you have a day, a week, two weeks, or longer of slip ups just keep coming back, logging in, trying to log food, reading blogs and other things. Don't give up and quit but even when frustrated with yourself just keep coming back because it will click again. If you just quit and give up you're throwing away a chance to work through it. Decide on specific "cheat days" to have when you reach weight loss goals (i.e. one every ten or twenty pounds you lose, whatever works for you). It can keep you on track when you start craving, and the weight from a single bad day comes off fast when you get back on track.
