Even when you have a day, a week, two weeks, or longer of slip ups just keep coming back, logging in, trying to log food, reading blogs and other things. Don't give up and quit but even when frustrated with yourself just keep coming back because it will click again. If you just quit and give up you're throwing away a chance to work through it. There's awesome support here if you just be persistant.

    This was great advice - I can give a testimonial to that fact. It has been a difficult few weeks . I think I would have strayed from "my journey" if I hadn't kept using SP. Weight gain, fasting blood sugar and exercise would have fallen off the wagon if I hadn't kept tracking.

    I think this is a great approach..... one that I am currently trying!!! ~ I don't feel quite as '"guilty" if I'm trying slowly but surely to return back to my goals!
