This an easy Ayurvedic Remedy for 3 different Problems.In a half Cup of Warm Milk add and dissolve 0.25 tsp.of Turmeric Powder and drink---any time during the Day is fine but I prefer taking it just before going to Bed.This helps three fold---it helps in good Blood Circulation,keeps Colds and Sore Throat at bay and ensures a good night's Sleep as well.This is something that I take on a regular daily basis and have found it to be beneficial.

    I use tumeric in seasoning meat and rice. It never occured to me to put it in milk.

    I love my curries and particularly my warm yogurt curry with steamed veggies or cashews. Am trying my first warm turmeric milk and am enjoying. Thanks!
