This Sparked Me!

It used to be I couldn't eat anything at IHOP, so we just quit going. On a recent trip, IHOP was the only restaurant in town we had heard of - so that's where we went.

They now have selections called Fit & Simple that are all under 500 calories and are fat controlled.

The have four omelets made with veggies and a generic Egg Beater that are dynamite tasting.

They will also switch out regular eggs for the egg-beater type egg on any plate, they will also switch a fruit plate for hash

MORE INFORMATION:
browns or for pancakes. They now have sugar free syrup and turkey bacon.

IHOP is now a place where Sparkers can get a healthful meal that tastes great!
