I've found that I really do move more when I do something I love - like hooping or biking ;) Even though a morning walk or family moving is a great idea, it doesn't always happen which means I'm not making my exercise a priority....doing something I love that's easy for me to do is the key to my movement ;)

I have tried one or two new recipes every week. Cooking is a passion so it has kept my interest and I have been able to lose the weight by doing something I love. The recipes are portion controlled and use healthy foods. I feel healthier and in control
When you want to be successful with your fitness routine, find something you love to do. You will stick with it longer. When you love to do it ..you are less likely to become bored. It becomes something that you enjoy doing for a longer period of time. It become a pleasure to do.
The same is true when trying to find a job..Find one you truly love..it become a pleasure to go to work
