Last week, my new bike arrived and a friend helped me assemble it. Recumbent bikes are those you can sit comfortably and pedal. I had an upright one, but after an hour, it put a strain on my back and wasn't all that inviting anymore. I absolutely love this new bike. Sturdy, quiet, challenging. However, I forgot to pay attention to size. It does matter because my place is small. So what if living room looks like a gym! (smiling)

Exercising naturally helps me get the water drinking up
In the past, I was not much interested in drinking water or in exercising.
