When brushing my teeth, or washing my hands, I kick my legs up so my knees are even with my chest. I do this for 2min when brushing my teeth, and while singing the ABCs when washing my hands. It may be little, but every bit counts!

I teach kindergarten. At least twice a day (morning and after lunch), we take time for singing and movement. I like to pick songs that get us jumping, marching, stretching and other forms of body movement. Helps my little ones burn off some energy and helps me with my daily movement goals.
I live in a split level house so there are many stairs. I also want to organize my stuff. I try to spend 30 minutes decluttering and moving stuff from the attic to the basement. I am moving swiftly. I then load the car and deliver my unwanted, but good stuff to various agencies. Plenty of lifting, movement, and exercise. 435312
