I have worked and am stilling very hard to learn who I am, and to define my value not by what I weigh and/or what I eat. Working to remove negative messages in my mind, and replace them with positives.
This has done so much for me, especially by keeping away the obsessive/compulsive behavior.
Love myself, and respect myself so much more for having been kind and generous to me.
