make a list by time if you have to. i find it fun to "earn" extra time by completeing a task in less time than i allotted! i am generous with my estimations just for this reason!!!
I have worked and am stilling very hard to learn who I am, and to define my value not by what I weigh and/or what I eat. Working to remove negative messages in my mind, and replace them with positives.
This has done so much for me, especially by keeping away the obsessive/compulsive behavior.
