What I Did In The Begining

When I started my diet I was almost 300 pounds,now I weigh 196,I started in May of 2009.Its been very hard,my secret is that what ever meal I eat,I only eat half of whatevers on my plate.I try to exercise daily.

I'm working on losing about 50 more pounds,wish me luck.

    I also use the smaller plate or luncheon plate as my mother used to call it. This way I don't put as much on my plate as usual. emoticon
