If you truly HATE a workout after a month, ditch it and find something new. If you hate eating a healthy food, find something better. Don't force yourself to do something that aggravates you for the sake of weight loss! Do your research and I promise that you will find an effective eating and exercise plan that you LOVE! Remember that this is a LIFESTYLE. If you don't see yourself eating this or exercising like that for the rest of your life, it's probably not worth it. You deserve better!!!

I know it sounds counterintuitive but pretending I am not trying to loose weight seems to be the sure fire way to ensure that I do. I weigh myself only every 2.5 weeks (bigger numbers = more incentive) and force all thoughts of weight loss from my mind. Instead I think about the good I am doing for my muscles, my heart and my emotional well being. Then come weigh-in day the weight loss is like a lovely surprise!
