If you truly HATE a workout after a month, ditch it and find something new. If you hate eating a healthy food, find something better. Don't force yourself to do something that aggravates you for the sake of weight loss! Do your research and I promise that you will find an effective eating and exercise plan that you LOVE! Remember that this is a LIFESTYLE. If you don't see yourself eating this or exercising like that for the rest of your life, it's probably not worth it. You deserve better!!!

She says people keep looking for short cuts but she never saw anybody succeed in long term weight loss without balance, moderation, discipline, consistency, and persistence.
