When I'm struggling to get my 8 glasses of water in, I go work out. I usually down about 3 glasses of water during my workout, and another 1 or 2 after!

    Excellent! My water intake techniques look like this: 1) I drink 16 oz of water as soon as I get up. 2) I carry 3 20 oz bottles of water in my car. I drink on one the way to work - I drink one on the way home and sometimes I make it to the third. 3) I have a 32 ox tumbler at work - I drink 2 of those before noon - 2 after noon. VIOLA ! water complete! :) remember water is what carries the processed fat OUT of your body! It is an incredible KEY TO SUCCESS!!! Get those cells OUT of you! emoticon
