I just cleaned my closet and am giving the clothes that are to big to my church yard sale. Some of them I had just bought a few months ago and are still like new, two still have hang tags and haven't been worn because I was "saving" them for something special. I'm encouraging everyone to wear your "good clothes" now and enjoy them!

A good way to tell is once you take your clothes off, hang them up (to retain their wear) as well as track your clothes to determine what you wear and don't wear! Get rid of those that you pass up and never wear! Make room in your closet for those clothes that you can wear now!
When I find myself bummed out by the scale not moving I reach for my old clothes from my starting picture and try them on. It's a great visual reminder of how far I've come!

I feel better instantly because I can now put those clothes on OVER any outfit I'm wearing and they still are too big!!
