How I avoid over snacking - I drink a glass of water before my snack and 1 more after my snack - it not only helps me feel fuller faster, but it helps me drink my 8 glasses of water a day and helps me avoid overeating. emoticon

This tip has also helped me stay on track during meals when I would have otherwise taken a second helping. Drinking water is a win - win situation for your better health!

    This is my best tip and I use it daily to keep me going strong! I always get in all my water and stay on track with my calories.
