Sleep In Your Workout Clothes



If you have trouble getting up in the morning sleep in your workout clothes so all you have to do is roll out of bed and hit it. Or put your clothes right next to your bed so you at least step on them on your way out of bed :)

    I like this idea as a way to get me to exercise more. I'm going to try it my next day off (as they've become my exercise days) to see if it motivates me more to exercise. - by DEDIC8D_2_LOSE
