Start the morning by eating a C Vitamin Fruit, eat greens two times a day (lunch and dinner), and 3 fruits during the day or evening and you will get a success.

When I follow this advice I lose weight, feel better and I stay on track.

More Information:

Always keep fruit and greens in the fridge then you do not have the excuse that you can't eat it :)
