Are you a stay-at-home mom who wants to exercise,but doesn't have time? Well, in being on the" Maintenance Road" for 3 mos. and having lost the weight the previous 4 mos.,I can tell you I had to MAKE the TIME! It was NOT easy,but I made sure as SOON as my preschooler went DOWN FOR HIS NAP, I got my workout in!!! I usually only worked out 30 minutes maximum. If I couldn't get in the strength training[with my Soloflex machine at home] ,then I walked in place for at LEAST 16 min. using the ...

Walk Slim DVD by Leslie Sansone for 1 mile total. Or used my AB ROLLER for 5 minutes of abdominal work. ANYTHING to get SOME exercise in! On those days where I blew my nutrition using POOR FOOD CHOICES and no exercise,I made sure to EXERCISE THE NEXT DAY [one of the previous listed exercises].
