I did a few little things around the office--moved the printer into another room, moved the fax machine farther away. Instead of the staff bringing me my paper work I get up and get it as soon as I print. I also stopped using the intercom. If I want to speak with someone, I get up a go to their office. It made some of the staff nervous having the boss come in all the time, but it has added 1500 steps to my day, on a slow day! I also use a head set and walk back and forth during conference calls.
