I like flavored coffees too but I don't freeze it. I have several quart bottles and I fill them and leave them in the fridge. So I tend to make 2-3 pots at a time (same filter, just add more coffee) and then I drink my "fresh" coffee for about a week or so.
As long as you take the pot off the heating platform, it will stop "aging by reheating itself" so every cup tastes fresh made.
Great secret!

Never thought of freezing it! I do like to make a carafe of coffee in my French press and then keep it in the fridge to have on hand when I want a cup. For making coffee in an automatic drip coffeemaker, Raylinstephens makes a great point, don't let the pot sit on heating element and continue to stay heated, the coffee tastes burned.

Rather than buying from the coffee shop, make your own coffee at home and add flavored creamers. Or buy a milk frother and coffee syrups to make your own lattes and cappucinos. Invest in a great travel mug and you are good to go! Yummy and money saving!
MORE INFORMATION:
Milk Frothers are small immersion style blenders. You can find them on amazon.com for around $10. Simply warm milk in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Use the frother to get some great foam, add brewed coffee and any assortment of coffee syrups (vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate syrup, etc)!
I save a ton of money by making my own laundry detergent - plus, no dyes or scents (I'm sensitive to them).
