Addicted to soda? I know I was! Try flavored seltzer water to satisfy your carbonation cravings. Not only does seltzer water count towards your eight cups of water per day, after a while you won't even miss soda! And if you check out the store brand of seltzer water, you'll also end up saving some money, because it's less expensive than soda, too!

    I've been doing this for a couple of years now. Walmart even sells a no sodium option.

My favorite is to make cranberry ice cubes from Cranberry Lite, then flavor the water with a cranberry drink. I put in 4 iced cranberry cubes, add the flavored water and it's a terrific summer beverage (but I drink it all year long!).

    I love this thought and I buy club soda or sparkling water and add my own flavor with lemon or lime or even blueberry concentrate for some additional fruit nutrition. And I can drink it plain too. My son likes your idea so we'll try it out.
