I was awakened by my toddler an hour early this morning. Instead of going back to bed, I got ready for work and arrived 15 minutes early. Then I walked around the block for 10 minutes and had already exercised by 7:30 am!

I have found that if I am proactive in planning when in the day my work out is, (for me early afternoon works best) and then getting on the treadmill when my favorite show is on TV, then it I am more sucessful in staying on longer, and not sitting around when I want to watch a special tv show.
Also, if I put the treadmill on even a small incline in makes a big difference in my overall calories burned, and it is not that much harder.
